Everyone is familiar with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but there is also the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights, as well as the Islamic Declaration of Human Rights. According to these three charters, the economy is not a priori moral. Let’s tackle the issue (that infamous Kyurensi representing money, economy, finance, and their psychosocial impacts on people throughout history) and dive into the depths of deontological ethical principles. Welcome to the Kyurensi Kodex.
According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
Article 3 : Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. In this world, every form of security is primarily threatened by social inequalities, themselves made possible and conceivable only under the shadow of Kyurensi’s fin.
Article 4 : No one shall be held in slavery or servitude. We are all subservient to Kyurensi. Money, what I call the liquid divine right, is essential to access our rights. Whether it’s the individual or the collective, someone has to pay and consequently someone else reimburses. And it always flows upwards, enslaving the payers.
Article 5 : No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. What percentage of the global job market offers inhumane and degrading working conditions? It’s close to far too many percent. And for what purpose? Monetary profit is a concept that can only be conceptualized in a reality where money exists.
Article 16.3 : The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State. If there is one entity on this planet that gets its fair share bitten up, it is the family. What puts families at risk? Social inequalities caused by the trinity of profit, debt, and inflation.
Article 17.1 : Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others. This clause only serves to treat passive shareholders as oppressed individuals entitled to ownership, which has allowed for the privatization of any enterprise that should be for the collective good rather than private.
Article 22 : Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality. Once again, there is a slight caveat to ensure that Kyurensi’s remoras cannot be held responsible for the consequences of their actions. They can go about their passiveness because all these rights depend on the organization and resources of each State. Now, what undermines the organization and resources of each country? Hint: it’s a metaphorical shark. And as for the satisfaction of economic rights, if it includes the right to be poor, the right to lose purchasing power due to inflation, the right to go into debt, the right to suffer economic crises, yes, I am satisfied. What about you?
- Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
- Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
- Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
- Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.
This entire article is a joke. Fair and satisfactory working conditions? Equal pay for equal work, but not equal profit, equal dividend, and equal interest. And how can one take seriously the right to fair and satisfactory remuneration ensuring an existence in accordance with human dignity? It’s bullshit, unless human dignity is reduced to the parody of economic rights from the previous point. And unions, they exist within the framework where the employers have an incentive to mistreat the proletariat.
Article 25.1 : Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food… For this to happen, people would have to be able to buy food that is adequate for the health. Organic is more expensive that pesticidic. Candies are cheaper than fruits. And in point 2 of this article, it is about the right to special care and assistance for maternity and childhood. Children need time with their parents for optimal development, but they must quickly attend full-time daycare because the mother, as the father, needs to work to secure her rights with liquid divine law. Nice special care and assistance, I wouldn’t want to see that if those who wrote the charter didn’t care.
Article 28: Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized. What else but Kyurensi undermines social and international order? If you think it is religion, I agree with you because I consider Kyurensi as a religion, albeit an unconsciously revered one, but this is another debate.
Article 30 : Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein. Currently, all economic activity aims for a certain destruction of rights and freedoms. Profit generates an imbalance of liquid divine right among the pisces in the social aquarium, which limits their access to their fundamental rights. No liquid divine right, no rights. Or almost. We are playing a zero-sum game. For one remora to win, other pisces must lose in the same proportion.
According to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights
Article 14: The right to property shall be guaranteed. It may only be encroached upon in the interest of public need or in the general interest of the community and in accordance with the provisions of appropriate laws.
Here as well, the remoras of Kyurensi have found their way into the charter, as if they too were oppressed. Since corporations work with public institutions in accordance with the provisions of the appropriate laws to economically colonize a given place, nothing can stop them with this rule.
Article 16.1: Every individual shall have the right to enjoy the best attainable state of physical and mental health. Certainly, if the individual does not have access to decent work and lacks the liquid divine right (which is not uncommon in Africa), it will be impossible for them to assert this right because they will only be able to attain poverty.
Article 18.1: The family shall be the natural unit and basis of society. It shall be protected by the State which shall take care of its physical health and moral. We have here a rule that cannot be acknowledged by the State, all its institutions being contaminated by Kyurensi’s inverting logic and the shenanigans of its remoras. Thus, a state that would not fulfill this role would no longer be legitimate according to this charter, which implies that no state is legitimate.
Article 20.2: Colonized or oppressed peoples shall have the right to free themselves from the bonds of domination by resorting to any means recognized by the international community. I love this clause, it allows anyone to free themselves from Kyurensi. I just wonder how the international community would react to seeing a nation liberate itself from money.
Article 21.1: All peoples shall freely dispose of their wealth and natural resources. This right shall be exercised in the exclusive interest of the people. In no case shall a people be deprived of it. How can a people have full control over their wealth when the overwhelming majority of kapital is held in banks’ vaults? At best, people only freely dispose of their poverty.
Article 21.2: In case of spoliation the dispossessed people shall have the right to the lawful recovery of its property as well as to an adequate compensation. With a clause like this, African peoples should be offered the fruit of European colonisation. Obviously, there is no way that rich countries would submit to poor ones. We can’t punish today’s folks for the mistakes of their ancestors and I would never put that in question. Nevertheless, because of time’s impregnation in kapital, not only African peoples will never get reparation, but more the less they have to continue to submit to the heirs of those who submitted them to slavery, because they have inherited all the kapital of their parents and kapital is a private property.
Article 22.1: All peoples shall have the right to their economic, social and cultural development with due regard to their freedom and identity and in the equal enjoyment of the common heritage of mankind. To have the right to their economic development, African peoples should exploit their resources themselves, instead of being reduced to being employed by colonialist corporations that generate huge profits by plundering the natural resources of developing countries.
Article 24: All peoples shall have the right to a general satisfactory environment favorable to their development. In light of the latest points, the global economy is unable to meet this article. All working conditions of the active proletariat around the world are deteriorating for the benefit of passive shareholders.
Article 29.5: The individual also has the duty to preserve and strengthen the national independence and territorial integrity of the homeland and, in general, to contribute to the defense of their country, under the conditions established by law. We dive in the duties section of this deontological ethics of duty charter (but the charter itself seems more procedural in its whole). So, it is the duty of the individual to defend its homeland against Kyurensi. Everything must be put in motion to find a way to transition from economy to its abolition. Even more, according to the Article 45, this would be the duty of the Commission.
According to the Islamic Declaration of Human Rights
Before diving into the articles, I would like to shed light on a part of the preamble: […] this community should play today to guide humanity plunged into confusion because of different and antagonistic beliefs and ideologies, and to bring solutions to the chronic problems of this materialistic civilization. I’m in. They don’t know it, but this is a call for apostasy from kyurensiiism. Now that even Islam is targeting the abolition of the economy, let’s go!
Article 2b: It is forbidden to resort to any means which could result in the genocidal annihilation of mankind. What means can allow for a genocide? How to commit a genocide without money? You need to buy weapons or deadly facilities, you need to pay the executioners, you need Kyurensi’s contribution for each stage of persecution leading to genocide.
Article 2c: The preservation of human life throughout the term of time willed by Allah is a duty prescribed by Shari’ah. What threatens human existence? Pollution, climate change, the dissolution of social fabric, loss of faith in institutions… all consequences of our unconscious kyurensiiism, near or far. Especially near. Unless Allah decides to let us be eaten by a chimeric shark, but I doubt it.
Article 9a: The seeking of knowledge is an obligation and provision of education is the duty of the society and the State […] uncover the secrets of the Universe for the benefit of mankind.
It is therefore a duty to decode the ultimate threat hanging over humanity, this common enemy that lurks in our collective subconscious. As stipulated in article 22B: “Everyone shall have the right to advocate what is right, and propagate what is good, and warn against what is wrong and evil according to the norms of Islamic Shari’ah.” Unless the standards of Islamic law allow for the preservation of Kyurensi?
Article 10: Islam is the religion of true unspoiled nature. It is prohibited to exercise any form of pressure on man or to exploit his poverty or ignorance in order to force him to change his religion to another religion or to atheism. Since kyurensiiism is an unconscious religion, thus it is not permitted to worship it and to submit to economy. This is funny.
Article 11b: Colonialism […] is totally prohibited. […] the duty of all States peoples to support the struggle of colonized peoples for the liquidation of all forms of colonialism and occupation, and all States and peoples have the right to preserve their independent identity and control over their wealth and natural resources. Kyurensi is the cause, mean and end of colonialism so he must be liquidated.
Article 13: Work is a right […] He may not be assigned work beyond his capacity nor shall he be subjected to compulsion or exploited or harmed in any way. He shall be entitled […] to fair wages for his work without delay, as well as to the holidays allowances and promotions which he deserves. On his part, he shall be required to be dedicated and meticulous in his work. Overloading, constraining, exploiting, and harming the proletariat is the easiest way for passive shareholders to generate even more profit.
Article 14: Everyone shall have the right to earn a legitimate living […] Usury (riba) is explicitly prohibited. Usury is just a perceivable interest limit on a loan. It’s an arbitrary standard that gives the impression that the greed of banks is under control. However, all interest is usury.
To conclude, I will quote Allah (I never thought I would ever do that): Those who love that depravity (vile Kyurensi) spreads amongst believers shall receive a painful punishment, as above so below. Allah knows, and you, you don’t know. For my part, I know, bro.
